World Cup Soccer Teaching & Learning Resources
I am a (very) proud soccer mom! My daughter, who is 9, has been playing club travel soccer for 2 years now (and has played on teams since she was 4) and absolutely loves it. My husband and I love watching her do something she loves (and the fact that she is really good at it makes it even better)! Since I am the team manager I get to see all the fun extra stuff that is available to the girls, like tournaments, field trips to see local professional teams, and more. Since the World Cup Soccer Tournament is this summer, I have been seeing lots of great stuff showcasing this fabulous sport! First, be sure to check out this great post on Mommy Maestra to learn all of the “important stuff” about the World Cup.
Here are some more great resources for you to use with your own students and/or children. Enjoy!
