Each year in April we pause to remember the more than 6 million Jews who lost their lives during the Holocaust. We must never forget this unthinkable part of history, and teach our children to respect people of all colors, cultures, and religions. On Holocaust Remembrance Day, take this time to help your students and children learn about the history of the Holocaust, as it is crucial that this part of history be remembered for the horrific time that it was, so it is never repeated. If you have additional lessons or resources to help children learn about this period in history, please share them in a comment. Thank you!
